On June 15, 2006 the sale of 100 % stake in Zebra Telecom, CJSC was announced. Zebra Telecom is a one of the leading players on the Russian market of IP-telephony and dial-up Internet access. The company was acquired by Rostelecom – the traditional Russian long-distance operator – which purchased 99,99 % stake in Zebra Telecom for about USD 13.5 mln. MK Finance, LLC participated as an advisor of the seller - Starford Investments Company Limited (Cyprus).
